M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Jitkumar Bhatt received his B.Sc.degree in Chemistry (2009) and M.Sc. degree (2011) in Organic chemistry at Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. He also obtained summer research fellowship at IGCAR, Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu in 2010. He joined R.O. Division at CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar as a Project Assistant-II (Nov. 2011-Sep. 2012). Later on, he joined Natural Products and Green Chemistry Division as a Project Assistant level-II in 2013 under the guidance of Dr. Kamalesh Prasad. He was registered for the Ph.D. degree at AcSIR New Delhi in 2014 and subsequently received a direct CSIR-SRF fellowship in 2015. His work task is entitled  "Functionalization of biopolymers in neoteric solvents for targeted applications."

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Nripat Singh has completed his B.Sc.(2011) and M.Sc.(2013) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur Later on he has joined the CSIR-CSMCRI in Natural products and Green Chemistry Division as a UGC-JRF (Aug,2014) and registered for Ph.D (AcSIR), under the guidance of Dr. Kamalesh Prasad. Now he is working as a UGC-SRF (Aug, 2016). The area of interest of his work is Processing and functionalization of Biopolymers using the sustainable media.

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Nishith Chudasama has completed his B.Sc.(2012) and M.Sc.(2014) from Maharaj Krishnakumar sinhji Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Then he has joined the CSIR-CSMCRI in Natural products and Green Chemistry Division as a Project assistant-II (August,2014) then he has been registered for Ph.D (CHARUSAT) under the guidance of Dr. Kamalesh Prasad. The area of interest of his work is functional modifications of polysaccharides in aqueous and ionic solvent system.

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Rosy Alphons Sequeira has completed her B.Sc.(2013) and M.Sc.(2015) from Sardar Patel University , Vallabh Vidhyanagar, Gujarat. Later on she has joined the CSIR-CSMCRI in Natural products and Green Chemistry Division as a DST-INSPIRE (Jan, 2017) and registered for Ph.D (AcSIR), under the guidance of Dr. Kamalesh Prasad. The area of interest of her work is studies on the role of individual constituents of ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents and the extraction of functional molecules from various bio resources and their functionalization.
